Henrique Carvalho is a seasoned career development expert with over a decade of experience in business development, employer relations, and strategic leadership. As Senior Manager of Community and Employer Partnerships at Oxford International Education Group, Henrique is instrumental in creating and nurturing partnerships that support the integration of students into the workforce. He leads the development of employer relationships and oversees initiatives to connect students with career opportunities, driving the success of the organization’s community and employer engagement efforts.
As an Employment Specialist at triOS College, Henrique spearheaded initiatives to build employer partnerships, delivering tailored career counseling to over 100 students and graduates. His focus on proactive relationship-building and strategic outreach contributed to the creation of impactful career opportunities, supporting students in navigating the evolving job market.
Previously, as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Web Age Solutions, Henrique led the design and implementation of DEI strategies that cultivated an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. His efforts to educate, engage, and empower employees on diversity topics significantly contributed to the company’s inclusive environment.

Community Engagement: Henrique is actively involved in the career development community, serving on the Board of Directors for The Ontario Association of Career Management and volunteering as an Employment Support Worker at Fred Victor, where he helps vulnerable communities reach their career potential through workshops and counseling sessions.
